Bridging the Gap

Enterprises Inc.

Bridging the Gap Enterprises is committed to strengthening Memphis’ communities plagued by societal issues and generational obstacles for far too long. Our organization aims to close gaps within our community by creating unique programs that foster inclusivity, economic growth and youth career and character development.

To address the most pressing needs within the community, particularly those affected by the pandemic’s aftermath, we have designed strategic programs for 2024-2026. Our programs will provide K-12 tutoring, youth workplace, career preparedness expos, youth self-efficacy improvement, and life skills training. The primary objective at hand is to address the disparity existing within our community by means of bridging the gap and preparing the young generation for the future. We strive to inculcate robust and inclusive programs aimed at equipping the youth with the requisite skills and competencies that would be paramount for their success and growth in the coming years. It is our unwavering commitment to empower the youth and enable them to become the torchbearers of tomorrow.

Our organization actively engages with other non-profit entities through advocacy and strategic partnerships to achieve our objectives. We understand that achieving our goals requires concerted efforts and collaboration with like-minded organizations. By advocating for our causes, we aim to increase awareness and educate the public on the importance of our mission.
